Surfers is the density story. Thirteen towers live, more apartments than any other precinct in SEQ, and the builder mix is concentrated among four or five names capable of running towers of this scale. If you deliver here you are running programs measured in years, not months.

Jobs open here are usually structures, façade and project leadership — the roles that carry a jumpform tower from level five to topping out. Finishes leadership follows structure by 18 to 24 months.
