Stage one · 01

Map the market.

Every credible name in SEQ high-rise leadership — working, available, privately listening or not moving.

Week one.

We start with the tower, not the ad. Scope, height, form, program, contract and the leadership already on site.

From there we build the map: every person in South East Queensland who has delivered work of that scale, plus the ones doing it interstate who would move for the right job.

The map is not a database dump. Each name is checked against current project, tenure, likely availability and the reason they would take a call at all.

What you get

  • Named market map for the discipline and level
  • Current employer, current project and tenure for each name
  • Approach status: open, privately listening, not moving
  • Honest read on who is realistically reachable and what it costs

Your part in it

  • One briefing session, about an hour. The job, the project, the reporting line, the package you can actually pay.
  • Tell us who you have already spoken to. We do not re-approach people you have burned.
  • Sign off the search criteria before a single call is made.

What you see

  • A written brief back to you within 48 hours — your words, sharpened, for approval.
  • The market map at the end of week one: names, current projects, who is movable and who is not.

If it does not work

If the map comes back thin — the job is mis-priced or the brief is wrong for this market — we tell you in week one, before you have spent a fee on a search that cannot close.
